The reality is that we really do not have any problems. The only time we have a problem is when we think we have a problem. If we think that nothing is a problem than we will have no problems. It sounds simple because it is. As soon as you think you have a problem, you stop the flow of the universe. When you say you have a problem you are saying to God that you don’t trust him. Once you start thinking you don’t have any problems he will come back. The supreme force of the universe cannot associate himself with imperfection or impurity. As one ancient book of Wisdom says " God cannot dwell in iniquity ". Imperfection or impurity starts with our thoughts. That same book says that "God is Love" and being perfect he is the epitome of perfect love.
Where there is perfect love there can be no doubt. Love pushes doubt aside and perfect love will not allow any doubt to exist. God's son said you must be perfect in love as is his father. It was not an option, it was not if everything just fell right for you then you could achieve it, it was not some pie in the sky idea, it was a requirement. When God tells you through his son that the birds and the flowers have nothing to be concerned about and that he loves you so much more and you have no need of any concerns doubts or worry, do you believe him? You do, great. Then why do you think you have any problems because the moment you think you do you're calling God a liar. Guess what, he doesn't appreciate it and he wishes you would give it up. Furthermore since he cannot dwell in impurity or doubt or anything resembling fear of any kind he says "adios amigo" and he exits stage left and you start feeling insecure and bad.There is one problem we all have. We have been led to believe that God is separate from us, some entity up in the heavens apart from us. Well it isn't so. His son came down here to show us and tell us that the bottom line is love. Loving his father with your whole heart and loving everyone else just as much as you love yourself. God is perfect in love and so was his son and that’s why he could say "I and the Father are One." When you achieve perfect love you will be able to say that you and your Father are one too. God is a presence and that's why it is said he is omnipresent. To the extent that we love is to the extent that God's presence will dwell within our temple and when we achieve perfect love we will be able to perform the miracles and feats that Jesus did because we too will be one with our source just as he was one. Jesus said regarding his miracles and the feats he demonstrated that the least among you would be able to do these things and even greater things. God had his son come down here to instruct us about love and tell us that we can be perfect in love and as a result we could all live together in happiness loving one another.

Page - 2What did ego consciousness do? It's real sharp, and very, very clever. It took this act of unselfish love and turned it upside down with an ingenious concept, Religion. Instead of having people focus on demonstrating love to everyone and constantly improving upon that he had everyone start thinking about how they believe about that ancient book of Wisdom and what they believe. He turned the road leading off into destruction into a road inhabited not only by liars and thieves but he turned into a major highway for those who do not believe the way a particular religion believes. How ingenious. He reframed the context of Jesus whole purpose in coming here into what my religion teaches versus what your religion teaches. What religion was Noah or Enoch or the Apostle Paul or Jesus himself? They weren't about religion they were only about love, period end of story. So, instead of focusing each moment on how I can love my neighbor better, the person first thinks well what do you believe instead of how can I assist you.
Look at what ego consciousness has been able to accomplish with religion. The vast majority of the conflicts throughout history have involved religion. More people have been slaughtered in the name of religion than any other cause. The crusades, the inquisition, the so called holy wars, Ireland, the Middle East, Kosovo and on and on. Has anything divided the world more than religion? If so, what?Race and ethnicity two other ploys of ego consciousness don't even come close. Religion not only separates people one from another but it also separates people from God himself.
Anytime you have a thought of guilt, inadequacy or any negative thought you are doubting God's love for you and separating yourself from him. It does not mean that we do not ask for forgiveness it just means we don't bother separating ourselves from him by feeling guilty about it. He loves us and he knows we are imperfect in the flesh and he will readily forgive us especially as we show love forgiving others.
The one mission of the ego consciousness is to keep us as separate from God as possible.
Some of the ways ego consciousness keeps us separate from our source:
- Fear
- Jealousness
- Being a victim
- Guilt
- Anger
- Selfishness
- Regrets
- Shame
- Resentment
- Feeling inadequate
- Perfectionism
- Getting you to think you are not divine
- Finding fault with those trying to assist you
- Getting you to think you are not only separate from God but also separate from every other person on earth.

Anything, anyone or any situation that might assist you to grow closer to your source is a curse to the ego consciousness. The ego consciousness by having us feel insecure, unhappy and doing whatever keeps us away from peace is at work.
Once you truly believe that we are all one and are all connected to each other your worst adversaries will not appear as difficult to deal with. It will assist you to feel more connected with them. You will wish them no ill will or harm no matter what they do. Instead of feeling anger you will feel compassion for them because you are so much more fortunate than they are because they have all the anger and they are not on the spiritual path. Compassion is an aspect of love.
When people trigger your hot buttons they are driving your life if you allow yourself to become upset. Now ask yourself "Would you let someone who is nasty or unpleasant to you drive your car?" Well how is then that you would let them drive your life. Which is more important? As you grow spiritually you are moving towards a place where you no longer allow yourself to engage individuals who want to argue with you, be confrontational or make you feel bad. Your focus is in achieving peace in every moment and when you come to the full realization that it is as much a choice as it is what you are wearing today you will accomplish it at a very high level. You move to a place where you no longer accept these lower energy frequencies from anyone, family, friends doesn't matter. As you start to really get it, whether these people are in your life or not will not matter because they will no longer be able to upset you. So they can stay or they can go, either way you will be at peace.
“There is no stress in the world, there are only people thinking stressful thoughts." Science today and all ancient texts of wisdom indicate that we are connected to a higher consciousness that knows all and is all.
Valerie Hunt who is a scientist and the author of "The Infinite Mind" said, “We discovered that when a person’s energy field reached higher vibrational states the person no longer experienced material things such as bodies and ego states or the physical world. Instead the person experienced knowing, higher information, detailed ideas, insight about ultimate sources of reality and creativity in its purest form. All thoughts were grander more penetrating and global”.
These are the changes you will see as you increase your energy field. You will start to see the divineness and dignity in all things. You are not what you have or do or what people think of you, you are the beloved. As the beloved you are connected to this divine and higher energy.
Page 4The ego consciousness will use our mind especially, it will use people, the government, religion, sex, drugs, heavy metal music, the media and anything else it can think of to separate us from God. In fact anything that causes us to not be at peace can be viewed as an instrument of ego consciousness.Mother Teresa toward the end of her life wrote what she called "The Final Analysis".
"People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered, forgive them anyway.
If you are kind people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives, be kind any way.
If you are successful you will gain some false friends and some true enemies, succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank people may not approve and may cheat you, be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building someone may destroy overnight, build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness they may be jealous, be happy anyway.
The good you do today people will often forget tomorrow, do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough, give the world the best you have anyway.
You see in the final analysis its all between you and God, it was never between you and them …………anyway”.
